For all the test packages that are bought and paid for on this site, the following policy is applicable for refund of the fee that you pay for it:

  • All transactions, for which the test packages are not delivered within the specified time duration and where we have received payment confirmation from the payment gateway, will be refunded to the same account from where the amount was deducted within 7 days.


  • However, for cases where you have received a success confirmation but not received the test packages or any other case, you are welcome to lodge a complaint by sending us an e-mail at contact@mygretest.com. We request you to fill all the relevant and mandatory fields asked at contact us page to help us serve you better

Kindly note, you are responsible for the test packages that you purchase and all charges that result from those purchases. MyGreTest is not responsible for any incorrect transactions.
